Circle Cloud have been in the News... TWICE! Check it out...

Circle Cloud have been in the news twice recently for the great work we’ve been doing with our customers.

As a business, we are focussed on providing IT and cyber security management for small and medium businesses. In the marketplace today, we find that one of the main reasons MDs/CEOs of SMEs struggle to find good IT support is because there isn’t a service that’s built to address their challenges. In trying to solve this problem, business leaders are likely to turn to IT companies that are either too small to have an established offering, or too big to prioritise your needs.

One of the things that makes Circle Cloud different is that we are dedicated to exclusively providing IT support to SMEs. Having worked with SMEs for over 10 years, experience has taught us there are a number of key challenges that they face, such as lost time on poor service, uncertainty around cyber security, and lack of commercial control over contracts. At Circle Cloud, we’re always striving to make our offerings better by continually staying ahead of the ever-changing IT and cyber threat landscape. Our IT management packages already provide comprehensive cyber security coverage for all the key cyber security pillars that are recommended by the UK Government (NCSC) and Microsoft. But in the spirit of continuous improvement, we’ve recently been working on adding a 24/7 Security Operations Centre to bolster our offering.

Here is what Richard Toner, Elddis Commercial Director, had to say about this: “In the coming months we will be utilising their 24/7 security operations centre to provide around the clock monitoring and response to Cyber Security threats. This alleviates our concern that having security monitoring during office hours only means the damage by an attack could be done by the time somebody looked at it the next day.”

This is a big step forward for our entire customer base and demonstrates our commitment to taking ownership of cyber security threat management on behalf of our customers. Too often we see other IT companies leaving their customers with too many decisions to make around how to approach cyber security. It seems that other IT support agreements come with an endless list of ‘optional extras’ if you want to bulk up your cyber security (and your cost). We don’t like this menu approach. Our job as IT providers is to use the knowledge we have to take those decisions away from you by offering commercially straightforward packages that deal with your needs. Simple!
